Trützschler Installs TC 30i Carding Machines at Artistic Milliners’ Spinning Unit in Pakistan

In a significant technological milestone, Trützschler Group has successfully completed the installation of three TC 30i carding machines at Artistic Milliners’ spinning facility in Pakistan. The move marks another step in strengthening the company’s position as a global leader in denim and textile manufacturing.

Intelligent Optimization and Sustainable Performance

The new TC 30i carding technology offers intelligent self-optimization through T-GO, the only proven automatic gap optimizer, ensuring consistent yarn quality across diverse raw materials. With its energy-efficient design, the TC 30i significantly reduces the energy footprint per kilogram of yarn, aligning with Artistic Milliners’ sustainability goals.

The system also provides real-time process insights, enabling mill operators to maintain high productivity while ensuring top-tier quality standards.
