During the expo, I had the opportunity to interview numerous managers from top companies. It was evident that successful Chinese companies share several strategic similarities that set them apart. The key elements of their growth strategies are:

• Maintaining close communication with customers to gather feedback and improve future products.

Chinese manufacturers have advanced their textile machinery industry through diligent effort, initially relying on trial and error and replication. Today, they have moved beyond these to innovate independently, heavily investing in research and development.

One exhibitor company director at the ITCPE 2024, who specializes in digital printing machines, commented on the growth of Chinese companies: “The ITCPE 2024 exhibition is a clear indicator of the textile machinery industry’s progress in China.
