Turkish woven fabric manufacturer NAR KUMAŞÇILIK is strengthening its international presence by participating in Colombiamoda 2026, viewing Colombia as a strategic entry point to the Latin American market.
During an interview with Behnam Ghasemi, Editor-in-Chief of Kohan Textile Journal, Hakan Unç, CEO of NAR KUMAŞÇILIK, shared the company’s growth strategy and international market ambitions.
Woven Fabric Portfolio Supports International Customers
Established in 2012, NAR KUMAŞÇILIK specializes in the production of a diverse portfolio of woven fabrics, including linen, cotton, polyviscose, polyester, and blended fabric qualities. The company exports to numerous European countries as well as selected markets across Eastern Europe, supplying fabrics for a wide range of apparel applications.
Speaking at Colombiamoda 2026, Hakan Unç emphasized the importance of expanding into new international markets.
“We see Colombia as a dynamic and colorful market with strong business potential. At the same time, it serves as a strategic gateway to the Americas, making Colombiamoda an excellent platform to establish new commercial relationships and explore future opportunities,” he said.
