Marzoli recently welcomed a delegation representing 17 textile companies from Uzbekistan to its headquarters, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the country’s growing textile industry through innovation, technology, and knowledge exchange.
The visit was hosted by Cristian Locatelli, General Manager of Marzoli, together with Giorgio Saleri, Area Sales Manager for Uzbekistan, who received the delegation at the company’s Technology Accelerator Center (TAC).
Technology Demonstrations and Circular Solutions
During the visit, participants explored Marzoli’s latest textile technologies in operation and examined a wide range of processed materials, including recycled fibers. The demonstrations highlighted the company’s approach to innovation, sustainability, and circular production, giving visitors firsthand insight into advanced spinning solutions.
Supporting Uzbekistan’s Textile Industry
The program also featured presentations covering Marzoli’s expertise in spinning technologies, nonwoven solutions, and retrofitting services. Company representatives explained how these solutions help textile manufacturers improve productivity, operational efficiency, and sustainability while modernizing existing production facilities.
Strengthening International Cooperation
According to Marzoli, the visit provided an important platform for exchanging ideas, strengthening business relationships, and expanding cooperation with textile manufacturers from Uzbekistan. The company also expressed its appreciation to ACIMIT for organizing the initiative and facilitating dialogue between Italian textile machinery suppliers and the Uzbek textile industry.
