Işıl Tekstil’s New Investments in the Niğde Yarn Facility

Işıl Tekstil Enhances Its Technological Infrastructure: Boosting the Niğde Yarn Facility

Işıl Tekstil continues to advance its technological infrastructure and increase its production capacity. As one of Turkey’s leading textile companies, Işıl Tekstil is expanding its production capacity with new investments in its Niğde facility.

As part of these new investments, Işıl Tekstil has integrated Rieter E90 combing machines and Trützschler blow room and carding machines into its production line. These new technology investments aim to achieve higher efficiency and superior performance in production processes, enabling the company to reach its quality and efficiency targets.

Developments Focused on High Efficiency and Quality:

• Controlled Fiber Processing: From the start of fiber processing, Jossi and Loptex foreign matter separators ensure that only clean fibers enter the production line. This process, combined with state-of-the-art Uster Quantum4 and Leopfe Prizma yarn clearers on the winding machines, reduces yarn defects to nearly zero.

• Maximum Production: In addition to the existing Rieter blow room and C70 carding machines, Trützschler blow room and TC19 carding machines provide better combing and cleaning, optimizing production processes.

• Efficiency Boost: The E90 combing machine is capable of producing up to 100 kilograms of combed sliver per hour. This high level of production is supported by the machine’s 600 strokes per minute and consistent, trouble-free operation. These features enable the E90 to deliver extremely high efficiency in production processes.

These new investments at Işıl Tekstil’s Niğde facility will further elevate the company’s already high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring that it continues to deliver the best solutions to its customers. With increased efficiency and superior performance, these investments make it possible to meet challenging production requirements.
