Zhejiang Boyin Unveils Next-Generation Sustainable Printing Solutions at ITCPE 2025

Zhejiang Boyin Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a leading innovator in the field of textile printing solutions, proudly showcased its latest advancements at the International Textile, Clothing and Printing Industry Expo (ITCPE 2025) in Guangzhou. The company’s presence drew significant interest from both domestic and international visitors, reflecting its growing influence across global markets.

In an exclusive interview, Mrs. Dee Dee, Foreign Trade Manager of Zhejiang Boyin, explained the company’s motivation to participate in this year’s event:
“ITCPE is a key platform that connects us not only with the Chinese market but also with international buyers. It allows us to explore new partnerships and create lasting impact across various regions,” she noted.

Breakthrough Technology: 3-in-1 Printing Integration

One of the key highlights at Boyin’s booth this year is their “3-in-1” printing solution, which combines flat screen printing, rotary printing, and digital printing technologies into one cohesive system. This innovation addresses long-standing limitations in digital printing accuracy and material compatibility.

“By integrating coating capabilities directly into the rotary system, we eliminate the need for separate coating machines—cutting costs and reducing pollution,” Mrs. Dee Dee said. “Our platform also enables multiple effects like foil, silver, and rubber printing, offering unmatched flexibility in production.”

Innovation Beyond Borders

When asked about the impact of ongoing geopolitical tensions, including tariff adjustments between China and the U.S., Mrs. Dee Dee remained optimistic.

“Although the global trade environment is uncertain, we’ve seen tariffs reduce to 10%, which is encouraging. Business should stay focused on innovation and customer value, beyond politics.”

China’s Industrial Upgrade in Digital Printing

Mrs. Dee Dee emphasized that China is undergoing its first wave of industrial upgrading in digital textile printing, driven by strong domestic demand and rapid R&D advancement.
“Rather than comparing with Europe, we are evolving beyond our past technologies. China is the world’s largest printing market, and we are committed to leading its transformation.”

The Future is Pigment-Based and Eco-Friendly

Boyin has also made significant strides in eco-friendly pigment printing solutions, using Ricoh print heads to ensure stability and deeper fabric penetration.

“We launched our pigment solution last year, and the results have been excellent. The market is responding, especially in Europe and the U.S., where sustainability is a top priority,” she explained. “Pigment printing saves both electricity and water—two of the most critical global resources.”
