EVTEKS will be the reflection of the industry’s power

The 26th edition of the exhibition gathers the industry

One of the world’s two largest exhibitions on home textiles, the 26th edition of EVTEKS – Istanbul International Home Textiles Exhibition, will open its doors to visitors.

The exhibition, where more than 700 companies will display thousands of products by their brands between September 20-24, 2021, expects the presence of over 100 thousand industry professionals this year. EVTEKS Design Seminars will also take the stage with the participation of the world’s most prominent designers and industry professionals.

Turkey’s unique exhibition on home textiles, EVTEKS – Istanbul International Home Textiles Exhibition, gets underway with a set of measures under the new “return to normal” criteria. Organized by CNR Holding subsidiary, Istanbul Trade Fairs, with the cooperation of TETSİAD (Association of Turkish Home Textile Industrialists and Businessmen) and the support of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey and KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Turkey), the exhibition will host more than 700 companies from 130 countries for 5 days.

Expecting visits from over 100 thousand visitors, the exhibition will display the latest products and collections in the field of contract textile, design, floor and wall covering. The 26th edition of the exhibition, taking place at CNR Expo Istanbul Expo Center between September 20-24, 2021, will welcome industry professionals.

Attracting full attention with the first edition of Carpet Special Section this year, EVTEKS will enable the carpet industry to penetrate new markets.

Thousands of brands on the same platform

EVTEKS will bring together thousands of brands on the same platform covering an area of 160 thousand square meters. The exhibition that interior architects, design and concept stores, furniture showrooms, distributors, importers, wholesalers, stores, chain stores, contract companies, and professional buyers from hotels will visit expects the presence of industry professionals from the countries in Europe, the Middle East, the Gulf Countries, North Africa, Russia, and the CIS countries.

With its product portfolio and diversity, EVTEKS is featured as one of the most attention-grabbing exhibitions in the entire world. Ranked first in Europe and fourth in the world as the largest manufacturer and exporter in home textiles, the Turkish home textile industry will discover new markets and boost business volume at the exhibition.

Design seminars to enrich the exhibition

Having a busy schedule to strengthen its existing position in global markets, the Turkish home textile industry has reached a 13-billion-dollar market volume through its accomplishments in recent years. Exporting to 174 countries, the industry will discover new markets through the exhibition.

EVTEKS will step into the spotlight with exceptional themed events including seminars and conferences. World-renowned decorators and architects as well as authentic textile artists and designers will take the stage at EVTEKS Design Seminars.

HES code requirement for participation in exhibitions

Aiming to secure the healthcare of its exhibitors and visitors at exhibitions and remove potential risks under the new “return to normal” criteria determined by the Turkish government and UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry), a set of measures such as rearranging the entrance and exit points of exhibitions, checking body temperatures at exhibition entrances, keeping the air inside clean permanently by using external air in ventilation systems, restricting the number of people present at the exhibition venue in the same period of time, requesting exhibitors, visitors, and staff members to share their HES codes at exhibition areas are taken.
