The IDF 3 enables a shortened spinning preparation process for rotor and airjet applications without compromising on quality.
Customer trials have demonstrated remarkable productivity gains and outstanding process stability, particularly when processing raw materials with a high proportion of short fibers. By ensuring reliable fiber guidance within its unique drafting system, the IDF 3 contributes to more homogeneous slivers, lower IPI values, and consistently high yarn quality.
Together, the TC 30i and IDF 3 deliver high productivity, stable yarn parameters, and efficient processing of blends with high short fiber content or recycled materials.
Our experts will also present the benefits of the TCO 21XL, Trützschler’s latest innovation in combing technology. With twelve combing heads instead of the conventional eight, the TCO 21XL increases productivity by approximately 50% while maintaining excellent sliver quality. At the same time, the machine achieves lower energy consumption per head, helping mills improve both productivity and efficiency.
Equipped with the COUNT CONTROL function, the TCO 21XL further enhances quality assurance in the combing process. The result is a permanently constant sliver count for first-class yarn quality.
