The ITMA ASIA + CITME 2025 exhibition, one of the most influential textile machinery events in the world, is gearing up to welcome more than 800 exhibitors from 30 countries and regions when it opens its doors from 28 to 31 October 2025 at the Singapore Expo.
The four-day event will serve as a major platform for showcasing the latest innovations in textile and garment technologies, with a particular focus on sustainability, automation, and digitalisation across the entire textile value chain.
Strong Global Participation and Industry Support
Over 80 global textile and garment associations are supporting this year’s edition, reflecting its growing importance as a regional hub for textile innovation. Among them are the Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI), International Trade Centre (ITC), All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA), Asosiasi Pertekstilan Indonesia (API), and the Sri Lankan Apparel Exporters Association (SLAEA).
APTMA Chairman Kamran Arshad highlighted the event’s strategic significance for South Asian manufacturers:
“Our members look forward to attending ITMA ASIA + CITME, Singapore 2025, as the gains they make in automation, digitalisation, and resource efficiency will translate into higher productivity, lower costs, and stronger compliance with global buyers. As such, we have promoted the exhibition to our members, and the response has been very encouraging as Singapore is more accessible to us.”
Comprehensive Showcase Across 19 Product Sectors
Exhibitors will present advanced solutions across 19 product sectors, covering every stage of textile production — from spinning, weaving, knitting, and dyeing to finishing, printing, and nonwovens manufacturing. This comprehensive scope positions the exhibition as a one-stop global sourcing and technology platform for textile professionals seeking to modernize operations and improve sustainability.
Singapore: A Strategic and Accessible Destination
Organised by ITMA Services, the exhibition’s relocation to Singapore has drawn strong interest from international participants, thanks to the city-state’s connectivity, efficiency, and visa-friendly policies.
Project Director Sylvia Phua encouraged visitors to take advantage of early bird registration, open until 28 September, offering 50% off standard badge rates. She added:
“Visitors planning to attend the exhibition have a few days left to secure their badges at discounted rates. Those requiring a visa can apply through their nearest Singapore Overseas Mission or authorised visa agent using our official invitation letter. Singapore offers exceptional value for industry professionals — a visit can be both productive and enjoyable, with its vibrant cultural attractions and world-class cuisine.”
As the countdown to ITMA ASIA + CITME 2025 begins, anticipation is building among global textile stakeholders eager to explore new technologies, forge partnerships, and experience Singapore’s blend of innovation, accessibility, and hospitality — making it a defining event for the textile industry this year.
