Algiers will host the 2025 Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF2025), marking a significant milestone as Arise Integrated Industrial Platforms (Arise IIP) takes on a premier partnership role. The event, co-organized by Afreximbank, the African Union, and the AfCFTA Secretariat, is set to unlock $44 billion in trade deals while driving forward Africa’s economic integration.
Arise IIP, a joint venture between Africa Finance Corporation, Equitane, and FEDA, operates industrial zones from Benin to Rwanda, specializing in local raw material processing and export growth. Their partnership with IATF2025 reflects their strong commitment to Africa’s industrial future. At IATF2023, Arise showcased Africa’s manufacturing potential through country-specific presentations.
“This isn’t just sponsorship; it’s a shared purpose,” said Kanayo Awani of Afreximbank, highlighting the alignment in goals to boost intra-African trade and global value-chain integration.
Amit Agrawal, Arise’s COO, emphasized the fair’s broad impact: “IATF is where governments, investors, and factories connect—it’s where Africa’s industrial future is shaped.”
As Algeria hosts the event for the first time, IATF2025 is expected to feature over 2,000 exhibitors. For Arise, this is a prime opportunity to attract new investments for sustainable industrial ecosystems, demonstrating that trade fairs can be more than just discussions—they are platforms for real-world growth.
