Argentinian textile manufacturer Galfione y Cia S.R.L. has taken a decisive step towards greater environmental responsibility by investing in BRÜCKNER’s ECO-AIR exhaust air purification system, which includes an air scrubber and an electrostatic precipitator. This move comes two years after the company installed a BRÜCKNER stenter frame, underlining its long-term commitment to sustainable textile production.
During a recent visit to Buenos Aires, Regina Brückner, owner of BRÜCKNER, met with Luciano and Fabricio Galfione, who lead the family-run textile business. The meeting culminated in the new order, driven by Galfione’s clear focus on reducing resource consumption and minimizing the environmental footprint of its operations.
“Environmental protection and sustainable production are top priorities for us,” said Fabricio Galfione. “BRÜCKNER’s proven expertise and decades of experience in exhaust air purification systems gave us the confidence to take this next step.”
The ECO-AIR system is designed to effectively clean the exhaust air from textile finishing processes, ensuring compliance with stringent emission standards while optimizing energy use. With this investment, Galfione aligns its operations with global best practices in sustainability, contributing to a cleaner and greener textile industry in Argentina.
Regina Brückner expressed her appreciation for the continued partnership, stating: “It was a pleasure to meet the Galfione team again. We’re proud to support their vision for sustainable textile manufacturing and look forward to many more years of successful collaboration.”
The initiative not only reinforces Galfione’s leadership in responsible manufacturing but also highlights BRÜCKNER’s role as a key technology provider in the global shift towards environmentally conscious textile production.
