Trützschler to Showcase Advanced Spinning and Nonwovens Solutions at SaigonTex 2026

Trützschler is set to present its latest innovations in textile machinery and process solutions at SaigonTex 2026, taking place from April 8–11 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The company will welcome visitors at Hall A1, Booth 1G-05, where its divisions—Trützschler Spinning, Trützschler Card Clothing GmbH (TCC), and Trützschler Nonwovens—will highlight technologies designed to improve efficiency, automation, and product quality across the textile value chain.

Focus on Efficiency and Automation in Spinning Preparation

At the core of Trützschler Spinning’s presentation will be a portfolio of well-established technologies that continue to set benchmarks in spinning preparation.

Key solutions include the TC 30i card, the Integrated Draw Frame IDF 3, and the TCO 21XL comber—systems recognized for enhancing productivity, flexibility, and yarn quality. In addition, the automated T-CAN system will be showcased, demonstrating how intelligent material handling can reduce manual intervention and ensure stable, continuous production flows.

Advanced Card Clothing Solutions for Precision Performance

Trützschler Card Clothing GmbH will present its customized wire solutions tailored to different raw materials and machine requirements.

A highlight is the SUPERTIP wire, engineered for high precision, durability, and versatility. With an advanced manufacturing concept, the solution offers up to 30% longer service life, supporting both cost efficiency and consistent performance in demanding production environments.

Next-Generation Nonwovens Technologies

In the nonwovens segment, Trützschler will introduce its latest machinery and process innovations for hygiene, care, and cleaning applications.

The new X-Series carding machines will take center stage, designed to optimize performance in modern nonwovens production lines. These systems support high-speed spunlace production for premium wipes, as well as air-through bonding (ATB) lines for ultra-soft hygiene products such as diaper topsheets and backsheets.

The focus remains on delivering high productivity, consistent quality, and operational flexibility—key requirements in today’s competitive nonwovens market.

Strengthening Presence in Southeast Asia

Trützschler’s participation in SaigonTex 2026 reflects the company’s strategic focus on Southeast Asia, a region experiencing strong growth in textile manufacturing and investment.

By combining proven technologies with next-generation innovations, the company aims to support manufacturers in addressing evolving production challenges while improving sustainability and operational efficiency.

Visitors to the exhibition will have the opportunity to engage directly with Trützschler experts and explore tailored solutions for their specific production needs.
