Swiss Textile Machinery Hosts Industry Symposium in Casablanca to Strengthen Ties with Moroccan Textile Sector

The Swiss Textile Machinery Association is set to host a major Symposium in Casablanca, aiming to foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange between Swiss technology leaders and Morocco’s fast-growing textile and apparel industry.

The event, scheduled for Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Casablanca Marriott Hotel, will bring together manufacturers, suppliers, and decision-makers from across Morocco and beyond to explore solutions that boost efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness in textile production.

A Bridge Between Swiss Innovation and Moroccan Growth

Regions surrounding Casablanca, Tangier, Fez, and Meknes have emerged as vibrant textile production and export centers. Through this symposium, Swiss Textile Machinery aims to connect these manufacturers with its world-renowned member companies, introducing advanced technologies for sustainability, recycling, and resource efficiency.

The one-day event will feature presentations, technology showcases, and B2B networking sessions, offering participants valuable opportunities for partnership and business development. Attendees will also benefit from simultaneous interpretation into French, ensuring smooth communication and engagement throughout the sessions.

“We look forward to our symposium in Casablanca as an opportunity to build new relationships, strengthen existing partnerships, and create new business and export opportunities with the Moroccan textile industry,”said Davide Maccabruni, President of the Swiss Textile Machinery Association.
