Reju™ Partners with Utexa and Antex to Commercialize Sustainable Polyester Yarns

Reju™, a textile-to-textile regeneration company, has announced strategic partnerships with global multifilament yarn producers Utexa and Antex to accelerate the commercial adoption of its circular material, REJU Polyester™. This initiative marks a significant step in scaling sustainable yarn solutions for the textile industry.

Under the partnership, Utexa’s facility in Choloma, Honduras, and Antex’s plant in Girona, Spain, will produce multifilament yarns using Reju’s regenerated polyester. These yarns will be tested and validated by Reju’s brand partners for garment development, with supply chain assessments expected by October 2025.

“These partnerships accelerate the development of high-quality, sustainable yarns meeting the growing demand for environmentally responsible, regionally sourced textile solutions,” said Patrik Frisk, CEO of Reju. “By combining our regenerated polyester with the proven capabilities of Utexa and Antex, we’re enabling near-shore, circular textile supply chains.”

The collaboration aims to address key industry challenges by providing eco-conscious alternatives without compromising on quality or performance.

Jon Pavlansky, President of Utexa, stated, “Working with Reju reinforces our mission to advance textile innovation and speed in the Americas. We look forward to exploring the full potential of Reju Polyester.”

Marta Molist, Innovation & Sustainability Director at Antex, added, “Reju’s circular polyester aligns perfectly with our commitment to sustainable innovation. As a global yarn producer, we’re proud to help scale this next-generation material and support a cleaner, more efficient supply chain.”

Together, Reju, Utexa, and Antex aim to redefine industry standards and push the boundaries of circular innovation in textiles.
