Officina39 brings modular Low Temperature Reactive Dyeing and a new vision of denim efficiency to Denim Première Vision Milan 2026

Presenting modular low-temperature bleaching, dyeing and soaping, hybrid fabric-to-garment effects, PP replacement technologies and new industry perspectives.

OFFICINA +39 | Textile and Textile Machineries

May 20–21, 2026At Denim Première Vision Milan 2026, at Stand G21, Officina39 returns to the international denim stage with a clear message: the next phase of denim innovation will be shaped by process efficiency, creative flexibility and the ability to rethink established industrial routines.

At the center of the presentation is the Low Temperature Reactive Dyeing System, a modular platform for cotton and cotton blends. More than a low-temperature dyeing solution, the system is designed as a complete sequence covering low temperature bleaching, dyeing and soaping. By reducing operating temperatures across the process, it supports lower energy consumption while maintaining color performance, fastness and compatibility with conventional dyeing equipment.

The system also opens a new creative and technical frontier through its extension from fabric processing to garment processing. This allows laundries and brands to create unexpected reactive-dye-based effects, including high-impact acid wash looks starting from reactive dyes. Officina39 therefore enables hybrid workflows bridging fabric dyeing and garment finishing within a broader design and production logic.

A renewed focus will also be placed on ZERO.PP ALL.IN, Officina39’s solution for the cost-neutral replacement of potassium permanganate in denim finishing. The company believes the denim sector is approaching a historical turning point, in which potassium permanganate will be progressively excluded from production processes. ZERO.PP ALL.IN responds to this transition with an efficient, scalable and economically viable alternative designed for industrial adoption.

Within this framework, the collaboration between XLANCE® and Officina39 sets a new benchmark for synergy between technology companies. By combining XLANCE® performance with Officina39 innovations such as ZERO.PP ALL.IN and AQUALESS ALL.IN.ONE, the partners present a high-performance, lower-impact textile proposal designed to last longer while respecting the environment.

Alongside its technology showcase, Officina39 is contributing to the technical execution of UNDERRATED Chapter 2, the Denim Première Vision trend area project developed by the PV Fashion Team with Italian designer Kristian Guerra. Officina39’s contribution translates its hybrid wardrobe concept, material research and advanced surface treatments into concrete garment effects. In conjunction with the fair, the company also pursues educational activities with Istituto Marangoni Milano · The School of Fashion, transferring process culture to emerging professionals.

To encourage open dialogue, Officina39 has also promoted “Denim and the Future at the Table,” a dinner bringing together opinion-leading apparel brands and key denim supply-chain players.

“Denim is at a decisive moment,” says Andrea Venier, Managing Director at Officina39. “The industry is no longer asking only for cleaner chemistry, but for intelligent systems that combine creativity, efficiency and real industrial change. With Low Temperature Reactive Dyeing, ZERO.PP ALL.IN, AQUALESS ALL.IN.ONE and our work on UNDERRATED, we show how technologies can connect fabric and garment, design and production, vision and execution”.
