AMS Spectral UV, a Baldwin Technology company and North America’s largest manufacturer of UV and LED-UV curing solutions, has announced the appointment of Bob Griesenbeck as UV/LED Product Specialist, strengthening its commercial and technical capabilities across the region.
Industry Veteran to Drive UV/LED Sales Growth
Griesenbeck brings nearly two decades of experience with major press manufacturers to his new role. He will support UV and LED-UV capital equipment sales across North America, working closely with the company’s sales team while providing commercial field support for active projects.
In addition to engaging directly with customers, Griesenbeck will assist in identifying new market opportunities, evaluating equipment upgrade and rebuild potential, and developing customized UV/LED solutions tailored to specific production needs.

Before joining AMS Spectral UV, Griesenbeck held positions with Graphic Innovators, Trinity Printing Machinery, and most recently Create It Packaging. Earlier in his career, he achieved significant sales results during nearly 20 years with major press manufacturers Heidelberg and Komori America.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Arts Technology and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York.
