XinFlying Expands Digital Textile Printing Portfolio with DTF, DTG and Dye-Sublimation Solutions

Guangzhou-based XinFlying is expanding its digital printing portfolio with DTF, DTG, UV DTF and dye-sublimation technologies designed for apparel decoration, textile printing and customized product applications.

Guangzhou Xin Flying Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (XinFlying) is offering a broad range of digital printing technologies aimed at apparel decorators, textile manufacturers and printing businesses seeking flexible solutions for full-color production.

The company’s portfolio includes DTF printers for garment transfers, DTG systems for direct printing on cotton and cotton-rich garments, dye-sublimation printers for polyester textiles, as well as UV DTF and UV flatbed technologies for product decoration.

In addition to printing machines, XinFlying supplies inks, films, powders, heat presses, dryers, pretreatment equipment and other supporting technologies required to establish complete digital printing workflows.

DTF Printing for Apparel and Transfer Production

XinFlying’s DTF printer range is designed to produce full-color graphics on PET film before transferring the design onto garments and other textile products using heat.

The portfolio ranges from compact machines to commercial and higher-capacity production configurations, allowing users to select equipment according to artwork dimensions and production volumes.

Applications include the production of ready-to-apply transfers as well as direct decoration of finished products such as T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms and bags.

XinFlying also provides related equipment and consumables, including PET films, DTF inks, hot-melt powder, powder application and curing equipment, and heat presses.

DTG Solutions for Cotton Garments

For direct garment printing, XinFlying offers DTG printers designed for suitable cotton and cotton-rich textiles.
These systems enable graphics to be printed directly onto garments using textile pigment inks and are intended particularly for personalized apparel, short production runs and on-demand manufacturing.

The company’s DTG portfolio includes double-station configurations, together with related inks, pretreatment and drying equipment.
According to XinFlying, matching garment preparation, printing parameters and curing processes with the selected fabric is an important part of establishing an effective DTG workflow.

Dye-Sublimation Printing for Polyester Textiles

XinFlying also provides dye-sublimation printing systems targeting polyester-based textile applications.
Potential applications include sportswear, shirts, curtains and other home textile products. In this process, graphics are first printed onto transfer paper before being transferred to the textile through heat.

Different printing widths and production configurations are available, supported by sublimation inks, transfer papers and heat-transfer equipment.
The range enables textile and garment manufacturers to configure printing and transfer capacity according to their materials, product dimensions and expected order volumes.

UV DTF and UV Flatbed Technologies

Beyond textile and garment printing, XinFlying supplies UV DTF printers for producing transfer graphics for suitable hard surfaces, including bottles, cups, packaging and promotional products.

The UV DTF process allows graphics to be printed onto transfer film before being applied to the final product.

UV flatbed printers are also available for direct printing onto compatible rigid materials. The appropriate technology depends on the shape and surface characteristics of the product as well as the required production process.

Manufacturing and Quality Control in Guangzhou

XinFlying reports that its manufacturing facilities in Guangzhou cover more than 20,000 square meters and that the company employs more than 200 people across research and development, manufacturing, quality inspection, technical services, sales and warehousing.

A quality inspection team of more than 20 professionals is responsible for checking equipment prior to delivery. Functional testing and final inspections are carried out as part of the preparation process before machines are shipped to customers.

The company also operates warehouse facilities in the United States, Brazil and Mexico to support regional equipment and consumables supply.

Its after-sales organization includes more than 50 engineers and provides 24/7 online technical support covering installation guidance, basic operational training, maintenance, software troubleshooting and spare-parts assistance.
Local installation and repair services may also be arranged depending on the destination, equipment and terms of the purchase agreement.

Complete Digital Printing Workflow

Alongside its printing machinery, XinFlying supplies consumables and auxiliary equipment across its different printing technologies.

These include DTF inks, PET films and hot-melt powders; UV inks and transfer films; sublimation inks and transfer papers; as well as powder shakers, dryers, heat presses and pretreatment equipment.

Compatible RIP software is also provided or recommended according to the selected printer configuration.
Through this combined portfolio, XinFlying aims to provide apparel decorators and textile manufacturers with integrated digital printing workflows covering printing, consumables, transfer and finishing.
