AIRBOX can operate in two distinct modes, adapting perfectly to different business needs.
For more structured companies, integration with existing systems allows AIRBOX to be used as a pre-dryer for AIRO®24 drying lines (with a production increase of over 50%) or as an enhancement system for any other drying line (tumbler, relax…) and as a backup to ensure production continuity during maintenance. In the case of AIRO®24, integration enables management from existing control panels, simplifying operations.
Smaller operations can instead use AIRBOX as a completely independent solution to dry any type of fabric and knitwear without tension, while textile printing laboratories benefit from rapid drying after printing and pigment fixing, thanks also to the possibility of working without contact on the upper part of the fabric. Small dyehouses can finally complete the production cycle internally, and contract finishing companies can offer a more complete and autonomous service.
