Africa’s Largest Trade Event for Textile, Apparel, and Fashion Industries Kicks Off November 8 in Addis Ababa

Get ready for Africa’s most anticipated textile and fashion event! From November 8-11, Addis Ababa will host the region’s largest gathering of industry leaders, exhibitors, and attendees at the Congress Center, Skylight Hotel. The event brings together global brands, designers, and manufacturers, with Texworld, Apparel Sourcing, and Texprocess Exhibitions leading the showcase alongside Africa Sourcing and Fashion Week (ASFW).

Clean & Safe Global Fashion Value Chain

On November 10 at 11 AM, don’t miss the key panel discussion, “Linking Threads: Collaborating for a Clean Global Fashion Value Chain Free of Harmful Substances.” Industry leaders, including Ms. Ozunimi I. from UNIDO, Mr. Sintayehu Teshome Bayu from Hohenstein Institute, and Ms. Aselefech Getachew from GIZ Ethiopia, will share insights on advancing sustainable fashion. Moderated by Ms. Mariella Noto of ZDHC Academy, the panel will cover collaborative strategies for a safer, sustainable value chain.
