RDD Launches threesixty™: The End of Textile Waste Journey Continues

Portugal-based RDD Textiles unveils threesixty™, a new circular platform designed to tackle the textile waste risis at scale.

As brands face mounting pressure to reduce their environmental footprint and comply with new EU regulations, threesixty™ offers a complete, ready-to-implement solution for textile circularity, from upcycling to full fiberto-fiber recycling.

threesixty™ is the answer to a question many fashion and lifestyle brands are still struggling with: What do we do with all this waste?
says Ana Tavares, CEO at ROD Textiles.

A Circular Shift, Made Simple

Developed by ADD Textiles, a leader in sustainable textile innovation, threesixty™ combines speed and scalability with technical expertise.

threesixty™ transforms production leftovers, unsold stocks, and used garments into new materials and products, all fully traceable and compliant with Europe’s Digital Product Passport (OPP) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPA) frameworks.

“We’re not just recycling textiles – we’re helping brands rethink their waste as a valuable resource.” says Rute Santos, Head of Business and Product Development at ROD Textiles.

threesixty™ Delivers 3 Key Services:

Waste no more

We transform post-industrial textile waste into highquality recycled jersey fabrics. By repurposing production leftovers and cutting scraps, we create premium, responsible materials that close the loop before waste even leaves the factory.

Wear again

We upcycle unsold or used garments by redesigning them into new products, extending their lifecycle.

No end of life

When textiles reach the end of their life, like worn-out uniforms or discarded garments, we fully recycle them back into new fabrics or new garments, ensuring that no textile waste goes to landfills.
