Hometex Istanbul 2024: Where the Home Textiles World Meets

Hometex Istanbul, the biggest textile meeting of Europe, USA, Middle East and Africa, is all set to host the world’s leading textile companies in the home textile sector from May 21-25, 2024 at the Istanbul Expo Center. Organized by the Turkish Home Textile Industrialists’ Association (TETSIAD) and KFA Fuarcılık INC, this prestigious fair brings together national and international players in the home textiles industry.

The 2023 edition was a massive success, attracting over 850 local and foreign exhibiting companies and welcoming 170,000 visitors from 126 countries across 5 days. The business volume generated at the fair exceeded expectations, reaching a staggering $1.5 billion. Both exhibitors and visitors hailed it as the most successful home textiles event ever organized.

For 2024, Hometex aims to build on this momentum, offering a comprehensive platform for importers, exporters, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, chain stores, designers, interior architects, decorators, and decision-makers from the hotel, accommodation, and hospital sectors. Visitors from around the globe can explore the quality, wide product range, fast delivery, and innovative solutions offered by the Turkish home textiles industry.

A key highlight is the Trend Area, which will showcase the latest themes and styles in home textiles, with a strong emphasis on sustainability. Under four distinct themes – Escapeland, Everything About Us, Bigger Than Life, and Trace Of Time – the Trend Area will present a holistic view of industry dynamics and evolving consumer preferences for the next two years.

B2B meetings will facilitate direct interactions between foreign buyers and Turkish companies, fostering new business collaborations. Delegations from major markets like Italy, Spain, France, USA, UK, Greece, and Turkish Republics are expected to participate, providing exhibitors with valuable networking opportunities.
