Power-Heat-Set to Present New GVA Software at ITMA Asia in Singapore

Steam temperature, pressure, and dew point are all important parameters for achieving perfect heat-setting results. The new GVA control and monitoring software for the PHS heat-setting machine allows for more individualized settings and easier adjustments.

The GVA is a complex heat-setting machine with several components that work together perfectly, including the chamber, belt, and accumulator. To achieve the desired results for the treated yarn, all parameters must be perfectly coordinated, and all important settings must be made accordingly in advance.

To simplify these tasks for operators, PHS has completely overhauled the GVA’s control and monitoring software. The new version will be presented at ITMA Asia + CITME Singapore in October 2025. The software now boasts a new, attractive, interactive design and enhanced usability. It offers a wider range of customizable settings, including temperature, speed, steam, dew point, yarn type, and tension. The intuitive user interface ensures a quick understanding of the new features, and the software’s ease of use significantly simplifies daily workflows. In short, the software is easy to use and allows users to quickly become familiar with the new functions.

Customers will therefore benefit not only from more specific control and adjustment options, as well as a customizable machine with extended functionality that meets their heat-setting carpet yarn requirements.

Visit us at booth H4-A102 at ITMA Asia + CITME Singapore to learn more about our new software.
