Global Sourcing Expo Melbourne 2026 Builds on Strong Growth
Building on the strong growth of the 2025 event, Global Sourcing Expo Melbourne 2026 will return with more to discover across the show floor and an enhanced professional development program designed to deliver even greater value to visitors across three action-packed days.
Co-located with the China Clothing Textile Accessories Expo, the event brings an extensive international supplier community under one roof. Last year, the combined events featured more than 900 exhibitors from over 15 countries, spanning apparel, textiles, accessories, footwear, home furnishings, and supply chain services.
Australian Buyers Can Compare Global Suppliers Under One Roof
For buyers, the breadth of the show floor creates an opportunity that can be difficult to replicate through traditional sourcing channels: the ability to assess suppliers from different markets at the same time and in the same place.
Rather than evaluating factories and products in isolation, visitors can compare manufacturing capabilities, product quality, pricing and minimum order requirements across markets. They can also explore differences in production capacity, lead times, certifications and compliance standards, helping businesses build a more complete picture before progressing with a potential sourcing partner.
The face-to-face nature of the Expo adds another layer to this process. Over three days, buyers can speak directly with manufacturers about the details that matter to their businesses, from product development and customisation through to quality control, compliance, logistics and production timelines.
These conversations provide an opportunity to go beyond product catalogues and online profiles, giving visitors greater insight into how potential suppliers operate and whether their capabilities align with their business needs.
Professional Development Program Expands for Melbourne
Alongside the exhibition, the 2026 Professional Development Program will return with an expanded offering designed to help industry professionals navigate the opportunities and challenges shaping global sourcing.
The Global Sourcing Seminar Program will once again feature a strong line-up of speakers and topics, bringing industry expertise and practical insights to the show floor across all three days.
Melbourne visitors will also experience the Learning Lab, following its successful introduction at Global Sourcing Expo Sydney in June 2026. The new format will make its Melbourne debut this November, offering another way for visitors to access practical, focused learning alongside their supplier meetings and show-floor discovery.

Together, the exhibition and education program are designed to give visitors more than just a directory of potential suppliers. The Expo provides a place to compare, question, learn and connect, helping businesses make more informed decisions about where, how and with whom they source.
