Trident Group Enters UK Market with Launch of Premium Brand ‘Trident Threads’ and Sustainable Spring-Summer Collection

Global home textile leader Trident Group (Trident Limited), listed on BSE: 521064 and NSE: TRIDENT, has officially expanded into the United Kingdom, unveiling its exclusive Spring-Summer Collection and premium brand Trident Threads. The new collection is now available for selection at the company’s experiential showroom in Cheshire, marking a significant step toward capturing a substantial share of the UK’s $6.68 billion home textile market.

Through its European subsidiary, Trident Europe Limited, the company aims to establish a strong footprint across the UK and broader European markets, driven by growing consumer demand for sustainable, high-quality, and innovation-led textile products.

A Brand for the Modern, Mindful Consumer

The newly launched Trident Threads is positioned as a design-driven, sustainability-conscious brand tailored to modern global consumers. The brand offers a refined range of luxurious bed and bath linens, blending timeless craftsmanship with European design sensibilities and low-impact production techniques.

“Trident Threads represents a bold shift from traditional supply to a brand-led, innovation-first model,” said Andrew Kingsley, CEO of Home Textiles International Marketing for the UK & Europe. “We’re blending Indian manufacturing excellence with European aesthetics to deliver premium products aligned with circular economy principles and the evolving UK–India Free Trade Agreement.”

Riding the Wave of Sustainability

The UK home textile market, estimated to grow from $5.47 billion in 2024 to $6.68 billion by 2032 (CAGR 2.53%), is experiencing a strong shift toward eco-friendly, sustainable, and functional textiles. Trident’s launch comes at a time when British consumers are seeking high-performance, ethically-produced goods.
The new collection includes:

  • Premium bedsheets, towels, bathrobes, and accessories
  • Products crafted with eco-conscious materials and sustainable production processes
  • Advanced textile technologies such as Air Rich, Tri-fit, and Eco Twist for enhanced comfort, durability, and performance

Trident’s commitment to reducing environmental impact extends to packaging as well, with eco-pack options included across product lines.

Building the Future of Home Textiles

With decades of global experience and innovation, Trident Group’s UK foray reflects its strategic pivot to direct-to-consumer branding, underpinned by quality, comfort, and responsible sourcing. The company also plans to launch private label collections in partnership with major British retail chains.

“Sustainability and innovation are at the heart of everything we do,” Kingsley added. “Our expansion into the UK isn’t just a business move—it’s an invitation for consumers to experience mindful living through textiles that respect both people and the planet.”

With this bold expansion, Trident Group is set to become a key player in the premium and sustainable textile market in the UK and Europe, reinforcing its global leadership in the home textile industry.
