New Right-First-Time solutions for dye-house automation presented at ITMA 2019

ITMA 2019

Another step into the future for Tecnorama during last ITMA in Barcelona honoring the expectations for the 35 years anniversary of the company. The stand, conceived to welcome customers and dyeing specialists in a relaxing space, hosted many people looking for the last innovations on full-automatic philosophy for laboratory automation, says a recent press release.

Not only the worldwide known Dos&Dye system but also the new Dosorama Smart, a laboratory dispensing machine for solutions of dyestuffs and chemicals with original “mono-plunger” volumetric system, designed and built to maintaining the multi-pipette concept patented by Tecnorama

The innovative system “MONO-PLUNGER” maintains all the features of Dosorama dispensing machines, such as the speed of execution, dispensing accuracy and elimination of contamination typical of the obsolete mono-pipette systems.

Furthermore, the new axis system has been made according to the most modern and sophisticated technical solutions.

Dosorama Smart is a high performing machine at a moderate price, designed to considerably reduce the need for technical intervention and to guarantee easy maintenance.

Tecnorama is not only automation for laboratory, its experience and know-how is also for the bulk system. A corresponding 3D printed layout attracted many people inside the stand. With its working lights, the scale model gave a detailed idea of how dispensing works in Tecnorama automation system for small production.

ITMA was also the occasion to launch the new advertising campaign: Tecnorama colors the world!
