MS Printing Solutions & JK Group Unveil Next-Generation MP Series Textile Printers

MS Printing Solutions and JK Group, both part of Dover (NYSE: DOV), have announced the launch of the MP Series, a new family of multi-pass (MP) digital textile printers engineered to set fresh performance benchmarks in textile printing.

Built on an entirely new platform, the MP Series incorporates innovations in design, construction, user interface, electronics, print head technology, safety, and ease of use. With a streamlined architecture and fewer moving parts, the printers deliver enhanced durability, reduced spare parts requirements, and simplified maintenance.

Five Models for Every Market Segment

The new MP Series lineup addresses diverse textile applications, from entry-level sublimation to high-speed direct-to-fabric printing:

  • MP3000 – Entry-level sublimation paper printer with a four-head CMYK setup, delivering up to 315 m²/h.
  • MP3100 – Optimized for sportswear, with an eight-head configuration supporting extended gamut or double CMYK, also reaching 315 m²/h.
  • MP4000 – Targeting fashion markets, equipped with eight heads in two rows for four-color printing at speeds up to 630 m²/h.
  • MP4100 – Combines MP4000 speed with 16-head flexibility, offering extended color options for sportswear.
  • MP5000 – A direct-to-fabric solution with up to 16 heads, compatible with multiple ink types (reactive, disperse, acid, pigment). Includes optional feeding, drying, and water recirculation systems.

Integrated Color Control and Sustainability

All MP Series models are powered by the Qwizard touchscreen control system and the Color Pack software suite, which provides automatic calibration and color management for consistent, high-quality output.

“With sustainability at its core, the MP Series represents a leap forward in speed, durability and versatility,” said Sergio Giannone, Senior Director of Product Engineering and Operations at MS Printing Solutions & JK Group. “By combining cutting-edge hardware with advanced ink innovations, we are empowering textile producers to achieve new levels of productivity and quality.”

A New Era in Digital Textile Printing

The MP Series reflects MS Printing Solutions’ and JK Group’s continued focus on innovation, sustainability, and performance leadership in digital textile printing. With its broad application range, modular options, and environmentally conscious design, the MP Series is positioned to meet the evolving needs of fashion, sportswear, and industrial textile markets worldwide.
