Messe Frankfurt Promotes Heimtextil 2026 at Pakistan’s 41st Handmade Carpet Exhibition in Lahore

Messe Frankfurt Pakistan participated in the 41st Pakistan International Handmade Carpet Exhibition, held from October 7–9, 2025, at the Lahore Expo Centre. The participation was part of Messe Frankfurt’s efforts to strengthen industry ties and build momentum ahead of Heimtextil 2026 in Frankfurt.

Organized by the Pakistan Carpet Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PCMEA) in collaboration with the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), the prestigious annual event brought together leading handmade carpet producers, exporters, and international buyers. The exhibition once again underscored Pakistan’s long-standing legacy in traditional carpet weaving and its growing role in the global handmade carpet market.

Representing Messe Frankfurt, the team engaged with key industry players and highlighted Heimtextil’s expanding focus on carpets and rugs, inviting Pakistani manufacturers and exporters to showcase their craftsmanship on an international stage.

Heimtextil 2026 Expands Carpet Showcase in Frankfurt

Set to take place in January 2026, Heimtextil Frankfurt remains the world’s largest trade fair for home and contract textiles. The upcoming edition will feature a significantly enhanced carpet segment, presenting a wide range of premium hand-knotted, tufted, and machine-made rugs from around the world.

Messe Frankfurt emphasized that Heimtextil continues to serve as a vital platform for global networking, trend discovery, and business expansion — offering unique opportunities for exhibitors and visitors to connect with the international textile and flooring community.
