ELiAR has announced the establishment of ELiAR BV at the Brainport Industries Campus (BIC) in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Fully equity-financed, the new centre is designed as a sector-agnostic application and R&D platform, strengthening the company’s European presence and fostering global innovation partnerships.
A Hub for Research and Collaboration
ELiAR BV will deepen the company’s collaboration with universities, research institutes, and industry partners, while providing a digital experience space tailored for textile dyehouses. The centre allows visitors to follow wet-processing steps on an end-to-end digital line, showcasing how ELiAR’s sensor, control, mechatronics, and software layers integrate under its Digital Factory architecture.
With the support of AI Assistants, users can access quick process summaries, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance insights—demonstrating how digitalization reshapes shop-floor efficiency.
Advanced Portfolio for Smarter Manufacturing
ELiAR’s solutions are already widely deployed across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, particularly in the textile and glass industries. Its portfolio includes:
- Smart sensors (conductivity, pH, colour/spectrophotometric absorbance)
- Control devices and mechatronic automation for standardized dosing and transfer
- TELESKOP MES for manufacturing execution
- Digital Factory architecture for integrated process management
