Dilo Group, a global leader in nonwoven machinery, will present its latest innovations in needling technology at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2025, held from 28–31 October 2025 at the Singapore Expo. The company will exhibit at Booth H2 – D202, joined by Kansan Materials, Izmir, to welcome visitors and showcase the future of nonwoven production.
Focus on Advanced Needling and Sustainable Nonwovens
At the exhibition, Dilo Group will present its complete nonwoven production lines alongside single specialty machines and a selection of nonwoven products from its Research and Application Centre. The company will also highlight new developments in service, software, and engineering, emphasizing its expertise across the group, which includes Temafa, Spinnbau, DiloMachines, DiloSystems, and DG Engineering.
With decades of leadership in needling technology, Dilo continues to advance machinery and processes designed for cost-efficient, low-energy nonwoven production. The latest systems support a broad range of applications—from lightweight fabrics for hygiene, cosmetics, and medical uses to heavy materials for sound and thermal insulation.
Spotlight on MicroPunch and 3D-Lofter Technologies
Among the highlights is the MicroPunch series, capable of producing fabrics around 30 g/m², either fully needled or lightly thermobonded, delivering high versatility and precision in product characteristics.
Dilo will also showcase the 3D-Lofter technique, an additive manufacturing innovation that deposits colored fibers onto needled substrates. Combined with the DILOUR structuring process, it allows for striking visual designs and “sliding color” effects—offering new creative possibilities for architects, designers, and automotive interior applications.
New Machinery Innovations
Visitors will experience Dilo’s latest advancements, including:
- IsoFeed VRS Card Feeder, ensuring superior evenness at lower web weights.
- PowerPunch Needle Loom, engineered to minimize vibration and enhance stability.
- SuperPunch Kinematic System, combining dual HyperPunch drives for increased throughput and efficiency.
- MODILOUS Needle Board System, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
A Vision for the Future
Dilo’s participation underscores its commitment to modernizing needlepunch technology by increasing productivity, quality, and patterning capabilities across a wide range of fabric weights. As J. P. Dilo noted, “Needling remains one of the most energy-efficient, water-free textile technologies—and our latest innovations are designed to keep it at the forefront of sustainable nonwoven manufacturing.”
Visitors to Booth H2 – D202 can explore Dilo’s physical samples, from ultra-lightweight materials to heavy acoustic panels, and learn how the company’s continuous R&D is shaping the next generation of textile production.
