DiloGroup has secured an order for a complete nonwoven needling line for the production of hygiene materials in the United States, reinforcing the company’s position in the growing North American hygiene nonwovens sector.The new installation will provide a fully integrated production solution, covering every stage of the manufacturing process—from fiber opening to web formation and needle punching—using advanced technologies from across the DiloGroup portfolio.
Complete Production Line from Fiber Opening to Needling
The project includes the latest TEMAFA fiber-opening and filtration system, designed to ensure precise fiber preparation, stable processing conditions, and efficient dust and particle removal throughout production.
The production line also features a Dilo Spinnbau card feeding and carding system, complemented by crosslapping technology and high-performance needlelooms from DiloMachines equipped with the CV1 control system.This integrated configuration is designed to deliver controlled fiber processing, uniform web formation, high production capacity, and consistent product quality—key requirements for manufacturing hygiene-grade nonwoven materials.
