Condor Group Strengthens Market Position With Acquisition of Findeisen

The Dutch family business Condor Group is taking over the sales activities of FINDEISEN. With this strategic step, Condor Group is strengthening its position in the market and further expanding its portfolio with the renowned German brands FINDEISEN and FINETT, known for their quality and innovation.

FINDEISEN is a leader with its FINETT brand for needle felt carpets. FINETT floors are praised for their reliability, quality and for a successful combination of tradition and innovation. The originally German family business was founded in Ettlingen in 1921 and has been valued in Europe for years for its groundbreaking wear resistance and durability.

The acquisition focuses exclusively on the brand identity, the commercial network and the expertise of the sales team. This enables Condor Group to seamlessly integrate the strong FINDEISEN brand name and its high-quality service into its existing structure and to serve customers worldwide even better with an extensive range of flooring solutions.

Sustainable growth and innovation

Condor Group and FINDEISEN share a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, which makes this collaboration extra unique. The acquisition offers opportunities to create synergies in marketing, sales and product development, while maintaining the high quality standards of both brands. “With the acquisition of FINDEISEN, we are taking an important step in our strategic growth. The FINDEISEN brand is a valuable addition to our portfolio and enables us to respond even better to the needs of our customers in various market segments,” says Herman Hoekman, board member Condor Group.

Integration strategy

Due to its great recognition on the European market, the FINDEISEN name and brand will be retained. This means that the brand will have an independent place within member VEBE for its market activities, while retaining the unique identity of the brand and with the full commitment of the sales team and sales support staff operating from Germany
