Turkey Announces List of Target Countries for Export Support in 2024

In a communication received by our company from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), the Ministry of Commerce has disclosed the list of target countries for export support in 2024. According to the letter numbered 5973 dated 29.12.2023, the Ministry annually determines these countries to apply additional support under the Decision on Export Supports.

The Decision on Export Supports No. 5973 outlines that 56 countries will receive extra assistance. The identified target countries include Angola, Germany, Australia, United States of America, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Algeria, Czechia, People’s Republic of China, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Ecuador, Morocco, France, Ivory Coast, Philippines, Ghana, Republic of South Africa, South Korea, India, Italy, Spain, Japan, Cambodia, Canada, Qatar, Colombia, Kenya, Kuwait, Malaysia, Libya, Mexico, Egypt, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Senegal, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Thailand, Tanzania, Tunisia, Oman, Jordan, Venezuela, and Vietnam.

This initiative aims to boost and facilitate trade relations with these countries, aligning with Turkey’s ongoing efforts to support and strengthen its export sector.
