General-Printed-fabrics

Let us know more about your Luster services and products. Which sectors use your products?

With a focus on print-head compatibility, Lustre Digital has developed solutions for a wide variety of printheads, such as Epson, Kyocera, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, and Starfire. Lustre operates globally with its own organization of sales, training and technical assistance which is renowned for its long-standing partnerships in the industry. This is the natural result of investments made in R&D and customer service in the long term.

Our sublimation ink is based on the dye sublimation printing process, in which heat and pressure are being used in a way that turns the ink directly into a gas. The high temperature allows the ink to transfer onto items without migrating, cracking, or smudging, as the ink becomes an integral part of the printed product and does not fade or wash off over time. This makes sublimation inks highly reliable and durable, in addition to the high level of accuracy that can be reached using this type of ink and printing technique.

Our applications are:
• Polyester, polyamide fabrics and mixed synthetic fabrics (min. 80% of synthetic fibers)
• Ideal for transferring onto synthetic fabrics
• Sportswear and outwear, fashion garments and accessories, gadgets, game clothes, flag and banners

How many percent of your products use in the local market and how many for export markets? Where is your main export destinations?

We are exporting 75% of our products to Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, Russia and the USA.
