CFE – Carpet and Flooring Expo, which will be held in Istanbul between 5-8 December 2023 at Istanbul Expo Center, is preparing to carry the Turkish carpet industry to the top.
Organized by Tüyap Fair Group, the fair, which will be held in cooperation with the Istanbul Carpet Exporters’ Association and the Southeast Anatolian Carpet Exporters’ Association, aims to become the center of the carpet trade as well as being the carpet production center of Turkey.
Innovations Across the Flooring Industry
Within the scope of the fair, products such as handmade carpets, machine-made carpets, rugs, mats, prayer rugs, textile floor coverings, flexible floor coverings, laminate, wood and parquet will be exhibited.
In addition, sectoral innovations such as natural stones, marble and ceramic tiles, artificial grass and sports floors, fibres, yarns, textile machinery and accessories, flooring equipment, and cleaning and application technologies will also take place at the fair.
A high number of visitors are expected, especially from America, Europe, North Africa and Scandinavia, to the fair, which has attracted great interest from all over Turkey and various parts of the world in a very short time. The countries with the highest demand for participation are Iran, India, Belgium, Germany, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Indonesia.
Tuyap Fairs Production Inc. General Manager İlhan Ersözlü emphasized that the fair will be an important platform for exhibiting sectoral innovations and establishing new business relations. He also stated that the exhibition will help increase the interest in the players and products of the sector and create a stronger impact on the choices of the visitors.
The fair, where approximately 350 participants from the country and from various countries are expected, will take place on an area of 100 thousand square meters in 8 halls. Carpet and Flooring Expo, which has determined its goal as furthering the success of the sector, continues its fair activities without slowing down.
