BRÜCKNER Showcases 75 Years of Expertise in Textile Machinery at ITM 2024

BRÜCKNER, with 75 years of experience in textile machinery, will be showcasing its innovations at ITM 2024 in Hall 12, Booth 1208B. The German family-run company, renowned for its extensive range of textile machinery, supports over 6000 lines globally, producing diverse textile products from industrial textiles to classic apparel.

Innovations in Industrial Textiles

BRÜCKNER offers advanced solutions for coating and finishing industrial textiles, including full-bath impregnation, latex and acrylate paste application, and laminating adhesive application. Their comprehensive portfolio also includes drying systems tailored to various applications such as abrasive cloth, airbags, roof membranes, blackout materials, billboards, geotextiles, and tarpaulins.

Pioneering Nonwovens Technology

The company’s SUPRA-FLOW thermofusion ovens are a benchmark in the nonwovens sector. These ovens produce high-loft nonwovens for mattresses, insulation, comforters, and upholstery, as well as lightweight nonwovens for hygiene products like ADL nonwovens, topsheets, and backsheets. BRÜCKNER also provides air-through dryers for nonwovens used in scrubbing, kitchen towels, operating table covers, paper napkins, and feminine hygiene products.

Expertise in Textile Floor Coverings

BRÜCKNER’s DUOTHERM dryer is renowned for its temperature separation capability, essential for various thermal treatment processes. The dryer can be heated with multiple media, including gas, thermal oil, steam, electric heating, or hybrid versions. Recently, BRÜCKNER equipped a drying line with a fully electrically heated DUO-THERM dryer, enabling CO2-neutral production of tufted carpets using green electricity.

Introducing the ExperTex Simulation Tool

BRÜCKNER will also unveil ExperTex, a pioneering simulation tool for textile drying, heat-setting, and curing processes. This browser-based tool digitally simulates and optimizes processes, providing detailed calculations of energy consumption, production costs, and CO2 footprints. The optimization menu enhances production output and reduces energy consumption, making it an invaluable resource for textile professionals.

Join BRÜCKNER at ITM 2024 in hall 12, stand 1208B, to experience these innovations and explore the future of textile machinery.
