MOMAD, The Leading Trade Show for The Fashion Industry, Will Come Back Strong in February

The most important fashion industry event in Spain will take place from 7 to 9 February 2025, with the spotlight on fashion and innovation.

MOMAD, the Salón Internacional de Moda, Calzado y Accesorios (International Fashion, Footwear and Accessories Trade Show), is now gearing up for its next edition, which will take place from 7th to 9th February, organised by IFEMA MADRID. This event, a reference in the sector, will bring together key professionals and prominent brands from around the world to showcase the trends that will define their preview collections, and all interested companies can now complete the participation application form.

Access the participation form for the next edition of MOMAD.

MOMAD will be divided into six distinct sectors, covering the needs of the fashion, footwear, and accessories market. These will include the Contemporary sector, which will feature high-end brands presenting their advanced collections for the Autumn/Winter 2025-2026 season. In the Events, Party, and Ceremony sector, unique proposals designed for special occasions will be showcased.

The Sustainable Experience area will reinforce the fair’s commitment to sustainable fashion, offering a platform for brands that prioritise respect for the environment. Additionally, the Casual sector will be subdivided into two specific sectors: Branding & Advanced Collections, where brands focused on branding and mid-to-high price collections will be displayed, alongside Resortwear & Bohochic, in which brands will offer handmade, fresh garments with an eye on summer.

New for this edition will be the Auxiliary Services sector, which will include companies specialised in technological and strategic solutions such as software, inventory management, e-commerce development, payment platforms, digital and experiential marketing, loyalty programmes, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, Business Intelligence, window display design, and sourcing.

In this edition, MOMAD presents a completely revamped image that aligns with the campaign “If it’s new, it’s at MOMAD,” positioning the fair as the key platform to discover the most innovative trends and proposals in the sector.

The fair will also feature a diverse programme of activities at the MOMAD Forum, including conferences that will cover current topics such as marketing strategies, internationalisation, and sustainable practices. The talks and roundtable discussions are a crucial opportunity for attendees to learn about the trends that will shape the future of fashion and apply these insights to their own projects.

In addition to the conference programme, the MOMAD Catwalk will take place, where exhibitors can showcase their collections in exclusive fashion shows, connecting brands with professionals and buyers, displaying their creations, and offering a unique experience for attendees.

As is customary, MOMAD will coincide with the Intergift, Bisutex, and Madridjoya trade fairs. In the case of the Salón Internacional de Moda, Calzado y Accesorios (International Fashion, Footwear and Accessories Trade Show), it will take place in Hall 8 at IFEMA MADRID on 7 and 8 February, from 10.00 to 19.00, and on Sunday the 9 February, from 10.00 to 16.00.
