This marks the second year in a row that the global automotive interiors leader has recognised Beaulieu’s outstanding expertise, technical performance, and customer support.

Close Technical Cooperation Drives Lightweight Door Panel Innovation
The close cooperation between Beaulieu Fibres International and YFAI in 2017 played a key role in the successful development of YFAI’s latest generation of lightweight door panels, helping further reduce vehicle weight—an important objective for improving fuel efficiency and lowering emissions.

The award was officially presented during YFAI’s Annual European Supplier Award Ceremony, held on February 7, 2018, at the company’s European headquarters in Neuss, Germany.
In total, 15 suppliers across Europe received awards in different categories for their outstanding performance in 2017, covering materials and components such as plastics, resins, chemicals, foams, trim, and metal parts. Suppliers were evaluated based on key criteria including:
