Yoox Net-a-Porter, the online luxury fashion retailer from Italy, has named Nisreen Shocair as its Middle East CEO.
At Yoox Net-a-Porter, Nisreen will be instrumental in driving and developing the firm’s next phase of strategy for the Middle East region.
This will also include investment in personal shopping and customer relation services in addition to developments in local language mobile sites.
Speaking about Nisreen’s appointment, Federico Marchetti, CEO, Yoox Net-a-Porter, said “The Middle East has always been a priority for us, but when we decided to go big, we knew we needed the strongest possible partner.”

Nisreen comes with rich experience that includes her tenure as president of Virgin Megastore, Middle East and North Africa.
