T-SUPREMA Triumphs in Customer Trials at Trützschler Nonwovens Technical Center

Trützschler Nonwovens has not only fulfilled its promises but has surpassed expectations as T-SUPREMA successfully completes its initial customer trials with flying colors. The Technical Center in Egelsbach, Germany, served as the proving ground where eager customers tested the capabilities of the T-SUPREMA needle-punching machinery on their fibers and visions.

The trial results have proven to be nothing short of impressive, with the T-SUPREMA showcasing its capabilities in producing remarkable nonwovens that left customers convinced of its effectiveness. The winning combination of the NC card, CLH Crosslapper, and T-SUPREMA needlelooms demonstrated unparalleled flexibility and delivered outstanding web quality.

Whether the target is nonwovens weighing below 50 gsm (grams per square meter) or heavier, thicker products, the T-SUPREMA setup has proven its versatility and reliability. The journey from a carded web to a crosslapped web, entering the pre-needler, passing through two needlelooms, and finally reaching the finished roll has been seamless and efficient.

To witness the capabilities of T-SUPREMA firsthand, interested parties are invited to join Trützschler Nonwovens at the Nonwovens Customer and Technology Center in Egelsbach, Germany. The experienced team is ready and eager to guide visitors through an exploration of the cutting-edge technology that promises to revolutionize nonwoven production.
