MOMAD is Already Creating Hype for the Next Edition: 92.9% of Visitors from February have Already Confirmed they will be Back in September

The event will take place on 13, 14 and 15 September in Hall 8 of the IFEMA MADRID Recinto Ferial

MOMAD is in luck. MOMAD, Salón Internacional de Moda, Calzado y Accesorios (the International Fashion, Footwear and Accessories Trade Show), organised by IFEMA MADRID from 13 to 15 September in Hall 8 of the Recinto Ferial, is experiencing the best moments of its history. The data gathered from the last survey carried out after last February’s edition confirm that the experience of attending the fair largely meets the expectations of professionals. In fact, 92.9% of visitors to the last edition have confirmed that they will attend the next edition in September, ensuring an attractive number of trade professionals in view of the success achieved by the exhibiting firms.

Marketing is already underway

Based on this information and having launched the September event, expectations for MOMAD are excellent. The event is now firmly established as the greatest showcase of trends and a centre for the fashion business. Since the end of the seventies, when the fair began, MOMAD has positioned itself as an unmissable international B2B event for fashion industry professionals.

A trade fair where never-before-seen collections are launched, and new brands and trends have been presented to give an excellent overview of spring/summer and autumn/winter collections and their contents with an extensive line-up of conferences, talks and round table discussions with top-tier speakers, as well as fashion shows in the MOMAD catwalk. The enormous range of brands makes the trade fair an essential that transforms brands into businesses.

Visitors

The success of MOMAD is also down to its power of attraction. The trade fair brings in a highly diverse profile of visitors from 59 countries around the world, accounting 16% of international buyers attending, whose profiles are mainly boutique owners, online stores, shoe stores, designers, agents and sales representatives, chain stores, department stores and concept stores. All of them come along to meet, contact, and do business with the more than 300 participating brands that come to each edition (50% of whom are international from 16 countries). In addition, the fair has the collaboration of its 27 international branches working in the countries where the fair wants to maintain or grow its business.

These data make attending the fair particularly attractive for both exhibiting brands and potential visitors, as they guarantee its success. The commitment of both exhibitors and visitors has made MOMAD one of the best-known and most prestigious international fashion industry fairs.
