2025 World Digital Textile Conference (WDTC) Highlights Global Innovation in Textile Printing

As part of the ITCPE 2025 exhibition, the World Digital Textile Conference (WDTC) – Guangzhou Summit – was held on May 20, 2025, at the Poly World Trade Expo Center, bringing together global leaders, researchers, and pioneers in the digital textile printing industry.

The conference, themed around “Heavyweight Guests and Cutting-Edge Topics,” offered insightful presentations from key experts representing various regions and sectors of the global textile supply chain. Discussions focused on innovation, sustainability, smart production, and the evolving landscape of digital textile technology.

  • John Murphy (EFI Reggiani, Italy) – Spoke about shaping a sustainable future with digital printing.
  • Erdil Bagci (Founder of Imajine, Türkiye) – Tackled the challenges of sustainable development in the textile industry.

The WDTC Guangzhou Summit created a rare opportunity for knowledge exchange and international collaboration, underscoring the central role of digitalization, R&D, and sustainability in the textile industry’s future.

Hosted by Guangdong Textile Engineering Society and World Textile Information Network (WTiN), and organized by Guangzhou Allallinfo Co., Ltd., the event was a major intellectual highlight of ITCPE 2025.
