Following the strong momentum of its 2025 edition, APPPEXPO 2026 is set to welcome a significant rise in international participation, with newly released data showing a sharp increase in overseas buyer interest ahead of the event.
According to the organizers, overseas visitor preregistrations had surged by 62.2% year-on-year by the end of October, confirming APPPEXPO’s growing status as a key global sourcing platform for the advertising, printing, and signage industries. Buyers from major economies and emerging markets across six continents, including countries along the Belt and Road route, have already confirmed their participation.
Organizers say the data reflects strong global demand for “Innovated-in-China” products, with international buyers increasingly attending not just to explore trends, but to actively source suppliers and place orders.
South America Emerges as Key Growth Market
One of the most notable developments is the sharp rise in registrations from South America, now among the fastest-growing regions for APPPEXPO’s overseas audience. As the region’s advertising and printing sectors undergo rapid modernization, demand for advanced machinery, digital printing solutions, and signage technologies is rising.

Global Sourcing Momentum Builds
Industry observers note that the strong preregistration trend highlights APPPEXPO’s role as a strategic sourcing hub, connecting global demand with China’s advanced manufacturing capabilities across printing, packaging, digital display, industrial signage, and visual communication technologies.
APPPEXPO 2026 will take place from 4–7 March 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), Shanghai, and is expected to be one of the largest international gatherings for the global print and signage industry.
With overseas demand accelerating and buyer quality rising, APPPEXPO 2026 is shaping up as a major global marketplace for suppliers and investors seeking new opportunities in the visual communication sector.
