Almer Tekstil Expands Global Presence with Strategic Outreach at Colombia Moda

Almer Tekstil, a leading Turkish producer of high-quality, 100% cotton yarn, recently took a major step toward diversifying its market reach by participating in Colombia Moda. Represented by Export Sales and Marketing Manager Gökhan Bedenli, Almer Tekstil showcased its commitment to certified organic cotton yarn, a product line trusted across European markets including France, Italy, and Germany.

Established in 2003 and headquartered in Kayseri, Almer Tekstil has grown into a significant player in the textile industry, producing 45 tons of cotton yarn daily and exporting around $40 million annually. The company holds prestigious certifications such as GOTS for organic cotton and OEKO-TEX, demonstrating its dedication to quality and sustainability, especially in high-demand sectors like baby textiles.

“Our participation at Colombia Moda highlights our desire to explore new markets, particularly in South America,” stated Medine. “The South American textile market presents unique opportunities due to its partial geographic isolation and strong self-sufficiency. We are here to bridge that gap and introduce our high-quality, sustainably sourced cotton yarn to new partners.”

Almer Tekstil offers Premium Sustainable Cotton Yarn

Almer Tekstil’s focus on using 100% original American cotton resonates with buyers prioritizing traceability and quality. With strong logistical and marketing foundations, the company is committed to solidifying partnerships that align with its standards. Despite the global economic challenges in the textile industry, Almer Tekstil remains resilient, leveraging its reputation for quality to expand carefully into new regions.

By fostering strategic relationships at Colombia Moda, Almer Tekstil is poised to make a lasting impact in South America, ensuring a future where sustainable, premium-quality yarn is accessible across the globe.
