Feizy Wins Best Visual Presentation at Dallas Winter Market

Feizy has won the award for Best Visual Presentation at the 2021 Winter Dallas Total Home & Gift Market for their interactive and inventive showroom design.

Feizy was on full display throughout the company’s stunning ground-floor Dallas World Trade Center space, where 30 stylized vignettes were on display.

Around 6,000 one-of-a-kinds, ranging in size from 2’ x 3’ to palace size, along with Feizy’s running line collections of machine-made, tufted, and hand-knotted pieces were also available to peruse.

To bring the showroom to life, Feizy partnered with Artistic Transfer, a rapidly growing powerhouse in the fine art arena that represents a large pool of talented artists from all over the world. Each day during market, an artist set up shop in the front windows of the Feizy showroom, using the company’s one-of-a-kind vignettes as a backdrop for their live painting exhibit.

Artists Karla Ceballos, Nomaan Nur, Stephen Hackley and Joseph Raymond, all drew inspiration from the rugs’ colors and textures for their new creations, and on-lookers were able to watch the creative process as it unfolded.

“At Feizy, we’ve always known that rugs kindle creativity,” said Leah Feizy, managing principal. “We are proud that our rugs are often the starting point for designers when formulating a vision for their projects. Watching these artists create beautiful paintings using our rugs as the inspiration was a really concrete example of that.”
