Asia Tex one of the biggest fiber producers in Middle East and North Africa

Asia Tex has founded fort he purpose of man-made fibres. The factory is installed on 70.000 sqm with 19.500 sqm closed area with the invested amount of 16 million EUR. But is planned for more expansion within the near future.

Asia Tex group factory we are able to produce 30.000 ton/year fort he beginning. And we are able to produce cotton density type PES fibres. We invested in western technology and this is first in Iran. During 2011 we succeeded our sample productions and started for regular production by the beginning of year 2012.

Final product

We are presenting our products with the label of Asia Tex . Our production system is suitable for different denier and length for a different type of customers in the world market. We are offering to market

a- Solid Fibre between 1,2-15 denier

b- Hollow Fibre between 3-15 denier.

Specification Of Products:

1- Solid Cotton Type : 1,2-2 denier range

Fibres less than 1.5 deniers used for fabric and garment industry
Fibres more than 1.5 deniers used for military, transportation, agriculture and automotive industry.

2- Solid normal fibre 3-6 denier, and solid resistant fiber 7-15 denier range.

3- Hallow Fibers are composed of HCS, HCF, HRS, HRF and are produced with the range of 3-15 denier.

4- Polypropylene Fiber:

These type of fibres are mainly used for; woven, carpet spinning, geotextiles, bags, edging, rope and sometimes sportswear. Also used for the construction industry for homogenous surface of the concrete.
