Mr. Naschberger, a respected pioneer in carpet and military textile printing, joined ZIMMER AUSTRIA in 1975. Over the years, he became a key architect of the company’s technological and organizational evolution, ultimately serving as Managing Director from 2010 to 2021. In this role, he steered the company with vision, responsibility, and exceptional expertise.
Among his most notable accomplishments was the groundbreaking advancement of digital carpet printing technology—a development that revolutionized the floor covering industry and firmly positioned ZIMMER AUSTRIA as a global innovator. Equally significant was his work in digital textile printing for military applications. Under his technical leadership, ZIMMER AUSTRIA succeeded in meeting stringent military specifications through digital processes, setting new benchmarks in performance and precision for the defense textile sector.
As Mr. Naschberger transitions from his advisory role, he will continue to serve as Managing Director of Johannes Zimmer Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs GmbH, ensuring his legacy of excellence continues within the broader ZIMMER group.
