SABIC signs MoU with PRC Province for Petrochem Complex

SABIC :: The Saudi Basic Industries Corporation recently announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with China’s Fujian provincial government to enable the former to develop a world-class petrochemical complex in the province. The MoU, part of SABIC strategy to diversify its operations, does not offer a timeline for the project’s completion.

The MoU seeks new investment opportunities to strengthen SABIC’s position in the Chinese market, according to  Saudi Basic Industries Corporation press release.
