MTEX DTF 30: MTEX NS Presents an All-In-One Solution

MTEX DTF 30 is the latest member of the Family dedicated to the textile sector.

MTEX NS thus integrates its industrial know-how in partnership with a manufacturer, guaranteeing an environment-friendly solution with a 2-year warranty and MTEX NS technical support.

This multifunctional differentiating technology guarantees the printing, powder shaker and powder fixation processes in a single piece of equipment, using CMYK and White colors through two printheads.

The customizing textile parts process using the Direct-to-Film (DTF) technique is now available to small and medium-sized companies “at controlled costs, which allows revolutionizing the way many companies have worked until now. Screen-prints, copy centers, companies producing clothes, gifts, footwear, decoration, etc, can now provide a complete response to the increasingly informed and demanding end customer”, says Elói Ferreira, CEO of MTEX NS.

“This is a solution designed from scratch to create an all-in-one and Direct-to-Film equipment, which provides a very high-quality response to the long-felt needs of this market. The MTEX DTF will bring independence to many small companies that need solutions for small print runs that depend on the availability of third parties to fulfil their orders. That’s over.

These same companies can now autonomously provide a timely response to their customers, fearlessly taking small and large orders running. Neither in terms of customization, nor product quality, nor in terms of type and fabric color (applicable to all fabrics with light and dark backgrounds) on which they can work, nor how much time they would need to spend in other circumstances”, he adds.

With an uncomplicated and straightforward process, using DTF technology, the developed design is inversely printed on a film, and through a thermal heat transfer process, it passes from transfer film where it initially was printed to the fabric, remaining unharmed during many washes.

In addition to being an environmentally friendly solution, as it uses water-based pigmented inks, it also allows producing unrestricted amounts since it is a digital printing process that does not require using traditional screen-printing frames, unlike in older processes.
