FILTECH proved its position as the most important international platform for filtration and separation: The combination of trade fair and congress counted more exhibitors, more participants, and more presentations than ever before. The next FILTECH will take place from November 12 to 14, 2024. The organizer is already anticipating renewed growth.
FILTECH 2023 was a complete success – for 438 exhibitors, 160 speakers and 16,750 participants. They met in Cologne from February 14 to 16, 2023, to shape the future of separation technology. At the world’s most important platform for filtration and separation of all types of media, the focus was on the latest trends in the industry: Digitalization, autonomous processes and many other developments in filtration technology could be experienced by participants of the combination of trade show and conference.
The main conference presentations covered important aspects of filtration, including the removal of impurities from water, nanofiber filters and particle interactions. The exhibition area featured new products and services from exhibitors in a wide range of air, solids, and liquid filtration industries. The relevance of filtration was also evident in the presentations of numerous exhibitors from science and research.
95 percent of the exhibitors rated their participation in FILTECH positively. As always, the personal exchange with contacts from 80 nations was particularly important for a large number of the participants: More than 50 percent of the visitors traveled from outside Germany.
Accordingly, the organizer is looking forward positively to FILTECH 2024, which will take place from November 12 to 14, 2024.
“Due to the high booking rate, it is already foreseeable that FILTECH will continue to grow. We expect more than 460 exhibitors at the upcoming show and will provide additional exhibition space”, says Suzanne Abetz of FILTECH Exhibitions Germany.
“The international trade community is already eagerly awaiting the next FILTECH”, Abetz adds. Thus, the omens for FILTECH 2024 could not be better: Already more than a year before the start of the event, exhibitors and visitors are showing an exceptionally high level of interest. A large part of the exhibitor space is already fully booked, which proves the high demand and the confidence of the companies in the importance of FILTECH as a leading industry platform.

“FILTECH has firmly established itself as a global meeting place for experts and decision-makers in the filtration industry”, explains Abetz. “We are thrilled about the great reception the event is receiving. FILTECH 2024 promises a diverse program of informative technical presentations, panel discussions and poster sessions. Abstracts can be submitted until May 2024.
