New Generation Computing (NGC), a provider of cloud-based solutions for product lifecycle management (PLM), supply chain management (SCM), quality control and vendor compliance, has announced that California Manufacturing Company, a producer of outerwear, sportswear and uniforms, has selected its Andromeda cloud platform for apparel and fashion PLM and SCM.
California Manufacturing Company will implement the NGC Andromeda PLM and Andromeda SCM solutions for both the Canyon Guide Outfitters and Dakota Grizzly brands, providing the company with an integrated, seamless solution for all its lines of business, said the company in a press release.

Based in St. Louis, California Manufacturing Company outgrew its homegrown solution and needed innovative technology that would enable the company to scale its business and accelerate time to market. It needed a PLM and SCM solution that could provide the configurability and flexibility required.
